ITIP Ohio Google Summit
In light of the growing concerns around Coronavirus/COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming ITIP Ohio Google Summit scheduled for May 11-12, 2020. Your health and safety are our highest priority, and we believe this decision is in the best interest of our attendees, colleagues, and partners.
Q: Will I receive a refund?
A: You have two options. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the option you choose from below.
- You or your school/district, depending upon who made the payment, may receive a full refund for your registration.
- Your registration can be applied as a credit toward next year’s summit scheduled for May 6-7, 2021.
Q: How will registration refunds be processed?
A: If you or your district paid by credit card, you will receive a refund to the credit card on file. If you or your district paid by check, ITIP Ohio will issue a check and mail it to the appropriate person. Refunds will be processed no later than April 30, 2020.
Q: How should I handle my hotel reservation at Kalahari?
A: Individuals will need to cancel their own room reservations via the on-line link. Attendees will not be charged the normal $30 cancel fee. You will then use the same online reservation link to cancel your reservation: https://book.passkey.com/e/49960138
