Purchase Order or Check: If you are paying by PO or check, please use the coupon code "invoice" when registering. POs and checks must be received within 30 days. Attendees paying with a PO must submit the PO by email (info@itipohio.org), mail (ITIP at 1205 E. Fifth Street, Dayton, OH 45402) or fax (937-746-1029). To pay by check, print the completed online registration form and mail it along with the check to ITIP Ohio, 1205 E. Fifth Street, Dayton, OH 45402.
Graduate credit is available for an additional fee. Details for graduate credit will be posted by Sept 1, 2024.

Summit Rate for Groups
Discounts available for teams of four or more from the same district on the same PO receive a 10% discount, available for 2-day registrations only. Group rate not available for virtual option.
Early Bird Register by August 31: $219.60 per attendee
Advanced Pricing September 1 - October 16 : $233.10 per attendee
Group rates are not available after October 16, 2024
Summit Rate for Undergraduate Students
A 50% discount to the Google Summit is available for undergraduate college students with an education major. To receive the coupon code, email one of the following to info@itipohio.org:
Proof of schedule
Grade card
Email from advisor confirming current enrollment
Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations will be accepted through October 18, 2024 (see details below).
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or mail to ITIP Ohio.
The cancellation policy and deadline is as follows:
Received by October 4, 2024– full refund
Received between October 5 - October 11, 2024 – full refund less 25%
Received between October 12 - October 18, 2024 - full credit to the 2024 Google Conference
Cancellations postmarked after October 18, 2024 will not be accepted for any reason
If a cancellation results in a group registration falling below the threshold of 4 registrations, the resulting price difference will be factored into the refund amount
