Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to participants attending in-person at the close of the conference on 5/17/23.
Contact hours of professional learning will be documented to reflect conference attendance:
Monday, 5/15/2023 = 1.5 contact hours
Tuesday, 5/16/2023 = 6.5 contact hours
Wednesday, 5/17/2023 = 6.5 contact hours
Participants attending online or hybrid will complete a form for each online session. A link to the certificate form will be provided upon the conference open.

All paperwork and assignments must be submitted by August 15, 2023.

Those seeking graduate credit through Kent State University must register for grad credit through Kent State by May 18, 2023. All paperwork and assignments must be submitted by 5 p.m. on May 27, 2023.
